That’s why we’re offering Condo Listo!, a service designed to help reduce the stress of getting your new home or rental property ready to enjoy.
Come Home & Relax!
Our goal is that you arrive to a comfortable, usable home while still leaving personal touches to you. We’ll prepare the essentials you need to start living, such as basic bedding, towels, kitchenware, and appliances. Maybe you just need a few plates, glasses, and utensils to get you started while you wait for your personal shipment or time to shop. Or, you might prefer to have the TVs on the walls, your beds made, and cabinets full. We can do as much or as little as needed.
Create Your Rental, Turn-Key!
If you’re preparing your condo as a rental property, we’ll set it up with quality, practical items that stand out without overspending. From plastic cups and development-friendly items to durable yet stylish towels, bedding, and appliances, we’ll ensure your rental is ready for guests. We’ll even handle the setup of TVs, WiFi, and a first cleaning service, so everything is perfectly ready for guest arrival.
How Does it Work?
1. You set the budget: We start by understanding your priorities, needs, and preferred budget. From there, we create a clear plan to deliver the essentials that make your home ready to enjoy.
2. We shop for you: We source the best quality items at the best available prices—leveraging our trusted local contacts and experience. You pay exactly what we pay for the items. There are no hidden markups or surprise charges.
3. We deliver and set up: When shopping is complete we will also handle delivery and putting things in their right place in your new home – even appliances, TVs, and Wi-Fi, if needed.
Simple Pricing, No Surprises
Our base service fee, which covers shopping, coordinating, delivery, and setup of all standard essentials, is 25% of the total purchase cost. For more complex setups—like hanging TVs, setting up mesh Wi-Fi systems, or other special requests—we’ll provide you with a quote an upfront. We’ll confirm everything with you first to keep things clear, fair, and stress-free.
You’re always in control
Throughout the process, you have the final say. If we run into any unexpected challenges, we’ll contact you before making any changes. Our approach balances simplicity and flexibility. For most homeowners, the base service fee covers everything needed to deliver a home that’s ready to use. If you have specific requests or technical setups that require more time or expertise, we’ll provide clear, upfront options.
