Based on your feedback, we’ve put together a few additional options and alternatives to help us better understand your style preferences. You’ll see ideas like fabric headboards in place of wood, more contemporary living and dining sets, and sun beds instead of the round lounge chairs.
A few quick notes: shipping, delivery, setup, and cleanup are included in all pricing. Be sure to plan for IVA (sales tax) in your overall budget. Between the two columns, the biggest cost difference comes from the dining room selections. Contemporary designs are slightly higher in price due to material and production costs.
Anything can be swapped or changed so any feedback you can share will be helpful as we refine the direction together. We’re excited to help you make your new property feel truly unique!

We love the living room set you selected — great choice! One thought we had is that a three-piece setup with Sofa, Loveseat, and an Individual Lounge Chair might reduce flow in the space. The configuration we initially discussed seats 5-6 people, which is generous for a two-bedroom property.
If most of your guests will be groups of 2 to 4, you might consider a layout with just the 220cm Sofa with two individual Lounge Chairs. It keeps the space feeling open, and you can always bring in dining chairs as needed for extra seating.
We’re also offering a contemporary alternative for your feedback, including chairs with swivel bases that work well in multi-use spaces.

We offer a wide range of dining table styles — from warm wood and artisan resin pieces to contemporary metal and glass, as well as stone tops with wood or metal bases. You mentioned wanting to avoid glass, and it sounds like the initial wood options may not have been quite the right fit.
To help us refine further, let us know what you’re leaning toward: Do you prefer wood? A lighter or darker finish? For your floor plan (Type C), oval or rectangular shapes may be a better use of space than round, so that’s something to keep in mind as well.
We’ve included new options here for your input and are happy to continue narrowing things down together!

One of the best ways to create a great guest experience is with a quality bed — and your choice of king-size beds for both rooms is perfect. To help differentiate your unit, we suggest Sealy’s top-tier model: the Crown Jewel Waldorf. As an authorized Sealy distributor, we’re able to offer this mattress at roughly half the store price.
For the televisions and Wi-Fi experience, the QLED and QNED models are excellent. That said, if you’re looking for something that stands out in your rental listing, you might consider an OLED for the living room or upgrading to a 75″ screen instead of 65″.
On sound: while most TVs have decent built-in audio, they often fall short for movies or playing music in the room. A sound bar can be a simple, marketable upgrade to improve the experience.
As we’ve discussed, we don’t sell televisions directly — we source them from Costco locally and simply charge a service fee for delivery, setup, and installation.

One note: switching the chairs from textilene cord to all-teak adds very little cost. The main price difference between the Initial and Alternative columns comes from the dining room.

As requested, you will consider the Bedroom One terrace separately in the future.
Just for your planning, an option to the round day bed would be chaise loungers. The picture shows solid teak loungers, but there are also textilene cord loungers available.
In the interim, a simple solution could be two chairs and a small table. I’ve included a couple of examples along with their prices.
