Thank you so much for your time and feedback — it’s helped us fine-tune the proposal and get much more precise. Over the past two days, we’ve been working closely with our makers to find every possible way to reduce costs without compromising on quality.

We’ve included several additions: the parota bedroom set, solid teak lounge beds for the terrace, a pull-out sofa bed, and shopping services. The final price reflects a discount from our store prices even greater than our usual bundle pricing. It’s a strong offer designed to bring the best value to your new space.

For the living room, we’re suggesting a sofa bed and lounge chairs we know well and have personally tested. The photos I have for the chairs are white, but the manufacturer for the sofa and chairs is the same so all the colors can be tailored and closely coordinated.

The sofa is surprisingly comfortable — even as a sleeper-sofa, which is often a challenge. It opens easily (you can see a video of Kerry demonstrating the mechanism on a similar model on our site).

The lounge chairs are also very comfortable. The lower cushion is soft and the structure is designed to hold its shape and maintain a clean look over time.

From our discussions, you selected the walnut center table (which we love), and we’re recommending the matching walnut side tables to complement the sofa and provide space for styling and function.

The credenza shown is the same model previously selected, but it will be produced with a matching walnut finish.

The dining table is the oval-shaped Walnut table paired with the chairs shown in the photo. We know this producer well and have received strong positive feedback from other clients who have purchased their tables and the same model of chair.

We’re requesting that the manufacturer use Formatex Revolution fabric on the chairs — it’s their highest grade for durability, with excellent stain and abrasion resistance.

As you requested, we’re recommending the counter-height bar stools pictured. We personally own this model and can vouch for its performance. The seat features a durable synthetic surface designed to handle heavy use and resist stains, while still offering a soft, stylish appearance.

~ BEDROOMS ~

For the first bedroom, we spoke directly with the bed maker and asked that the sides of the base extend all the way to the floor. After checking with their manufacturing team, they confirmed it’s possible — so we can now confirm the bed frame will go to the floor as requested.

For the second bedroom, we coordinated with the maker of the solid parota bed — the same partner who produces the terrace table and teak chaise lounges. They do excellent work, and we’re confident in the quality. We asked them to modify the headboard so that the horizontal cross-members continue down below the mattress level, creating a more unified look. We also requested the spacing between the boards be slightly reduced so the structural support in the back isn’t visible — while still preserving the rustic horizontal line design the client liked.

We’re also suggesting the matching credenza to go under the TV. (Apologies for the photo — the finish is much nicer in person.) We asked the maker to reduce the depth from 45 cm to 40 cm, giving a bit more clearance in the room while still providing storage for linens or other items.

The quote was changed to reflect the 75″ TV in the Living Room. Yes, absolutely. Sound can be added or upgraded at any time. Most of the TVs now have good sound. For movies or playing music, of course the sound bar will make a big difference, but it’s a “nice-to-have” item and not something we see impacting rentals.

Just to note: switching the chairs from textilene cord to all-teak actually adds very little cost. The main price difference between the Initial and Alternative columns comes from the dining room. The teak chaise lounges are very nice and quite comfortable. We just delivered two for another customer and were very pleased with the quality.
