The selections below reflect your final decisions, except for the living room. You asked us to proceed with the sofa and chairs if they fit, and if not, to go with the L-shaped sofa. After modeling the space, we confirmed the sofa of 244cm wide is the best fit (not 270cm as originally thought), so the sofa and chair layout fits well and leaves plenty of room to move around.

L-shaped sofas often limit seating comfort, especially the shorter versions, which are more like chaise lounges without proper back support. In contrast, a standard sofa with two lounge chairs creates more flexible, comfortable seating for 4–5 guests. We’ve included that setup as requested.

As fellow rental owners and Cabo hosts, we also recommend a few upgrades that help your property stand out: the 220cm pull-out sofa, Waldorf mattresses, and a 75″ TV. The pull-out adds about $543. If you don’t need a sofa bed, the 244cm version with two chairs is another excellent option—long and comfortable enough to sleep on.

One last idea before we wrap up: a wood-and-fabric lounge chair. The all-fabric version matches the sofa and feels more modern, while the wood-framed option adds structure and complements the natural tones in the home. It’s one of our favorite pieces for both comfort and style.
