We’re excited to share a personalized proposal for your Plan-C, first floor, two bedroom, Mavila Ocean View Towers condo in Cabo San Lucas. Using your input from our call this past Saturday, we’ve designed a unique room-by-room plan featuring high-quality pieces from our favorite Mexican manufacturers.

Of course, every detail can be customized, from wood finishes and fabrics to the overall aesthetic. Understanding your budget, we put together three concepts that balance quality and price – each one includes mesh WiFi, three TVs, installation hardware, installation service, and setup. For the terrace, we assembled 6 design concepts, again focused on price-performance.

One of our key design objectives was to maximize quality and design impact staying within your budget.  Savings in this first concept came from several areas by working with top producers, but selecting items of lowest cost. Concept A is the most aggressive on price for the interior with either T1 or T4 for the terrace. Those combined would be a total price of about $30,000, which includes shipping, installation on-site, and cleanup.
