Thank you for considering our  Condo Listo service to help make your new home move-in ready!  Below, under Description, you’ll find your choices making up the initial list of products we’ll be sourcing or shopping for on your behalf.

I looked for the grill and not finding great prices on the 4-burner stainless.  I’m sure there is a source, just the two locally are priced high (likely ordering from the US).  We can keep looking and either add one to our service for you or just help you locate the best source, but we should go ahead and get started on the rest.  Keep in mind once again that …

• The total amount should be on the conservative side (high). The prices listed are estimates, and as we find any items on sale, we’ll make sure to pass those savings on to you.
• You’ll be charged only the actual cost of the products, plus a 25% service fee, which covers delivery, unpacking, and clean-up.
• You are free to make changes as we go; just like the furniture, we will use the second payment to correct the final balance.
• If anything is out of stock or requires a substitution, we’ll check with you first. And if you have specific brand, color, or material preferences, just let us know so we can find the perfect match.

To get started, an initial payment of 75% of the estimated cost allows us to secure time-sensitive items, the first of which will be to order the mattresses asap!  As mentioned above, the final payment will be adjusted based on actual invoices and any changes you’d like to make along the way.
