Option B: Brisa (adds shorter 140cm BDR 2 Credenza)
Changes from Option A: In this option, the only adjustment is adding the Chakmo’ol credenza to the second bedroom. I spoke with the manufacturer this afternoon and we agreed a 140cm length would be the best fit with the smaller wall and the Queen bed.
Living Room: Designed for flexibility, this space centers around the Plains pullout sofa bed, perfect for hosting guests or just kicking back. The sofa’s lower section extends to create a roomy full-size bed or triple chaise, ideal for hosting extra guests or unwinding after a day out. The Zamzara center and side tables, with their rich parota finish, add warmth and sophistication. As we discussed, the 120cm square center table is included. We also checked this new configuration against the floor plan to be sure it would fit when the sofa bed is extended. The parota-finished Kabaal credenza was our choice and is placed beneath the TV to provide balance, aesthetic appeal, and practical storage for bedding, games, and more.
One change from our prior version is the change to a slightly smaller swivel chair – the Ryder. This chair is very comfortable (see my video review on the product page) and only slightly smaller than the Ingrid. The angle and design of the Ryder’s arms are also a much better match with the Plains sofa.
Dining Room: Following your suggestion, we included the Kiik chairs, which also highlight the wood grains and bring character to the dining room while matching the aesthetic of the Natural Parota Table. From our discussion, we opted out of a credenza to keep the space open and lower costs, and instead will include a large painting in the quote and recommend a few sample paintings for your input and choice.
Bedroom One: For an elegant, cohesive look, we chose the Zamzara King bed collection, crafted in a rich parota finish, along with two matching nightstands. A matching dresser is positioned nearby for extra storage. The frame of the artwork above the bed will match the wood grain, creating a seamless, sophisticated aesthetic. At your suggestion, we have added the Valkiria chair, which fits well and provides seating space. As we discussed, the Chakmo’ol Credenza is included and we have removed the dresser.
Bedroom Two: We incorporated the Koj Queen bedroom set, which features a beautiful parota base, headboard, and two matching nightstands with a sturdy four-leg design. This set complements the parota theme of the condo and adds a warm, welcoming feel without overwhelming the room.
Terrace: For your outdoor space, we selected the Julia Teak lounge set with Cilindro tables. Constructed with high-quality Textilene cords, these pieces withstand Cabo’s intense sun while providing a comfortable, stylish retreat. The Mica Teak table, paired with four Lulu Teak and Textilene chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining.
As discussed, I reconsidered the bar stools and walked around Solaria, the sister site to Lumaria, to find examples what others are doing with that same bar space. My suggestion is that we switch to the Cherry barstool. This link is for the Cherry chair, but the seat is identical. The image is included in the gallery image as well.
