Component A

Design Summary

As you requested, the order has been divided into two components for easier processing. Component A contains the Living Room and Outdoor and Component B contains the Dining room and Bedroom selections.

This comprehensive design incorporates all the updates we discussed across Options A, B, and C including both the Chakmo’ol credenza in Bedroom Two and the shift to aluminum for all terrace furniture. The aluminum construction makes outdoor pieces lighter and easier to move, with manufacturer assurances of strength and durability, perfect for withstanding the elements. We’re awaiting price confirmation from the outdoor furniture manufacturer, though we expect no changes in the estimate; all pricing will be verified before processing the order.

Living Room: To maximize flexibility, the layout centers around the Plains pullout sofa bed, ideal for lounging or accommodating guests with its full-size bed extension. The Zamzara center and side tables, in a rich parota finish, bring warmth and sophistication, and we’ve ensured the 120cm square center table will fit well when the sofa bed is extended. The Kabaal parota credenza beneath the TV balances the space with storage for bedding, games, and more. The addition of the slightly smaller, more comfortable Ryder swivel chair harmonizes with the Plains sofa, providing an elegant and comfortable seating arrangement.

Dining Room: At your suggestion, we’ve included the Kiik chairs, blending with the Natural Parota Table while offering character and warmth to the dining room. We opted out of a credenza here to keep the area open and within budget, with a large painting included in the quote for added visual interest.

Bedroom One: The Zamzara King bed collection in parota finish establishes a seamless, sophisticated look alongside two matching nightstands. A matching dresser adds storage, and artwork above the bed in matching wood tones ties everything together. As per our discussions, the Valkiria chair has been added to provide seating space, replacing the dresser with the Chakmo’ol Credenza for added elegance and utility.

Bedroom Two: The Koj Queen bedroom set, with its parota headboard and nightstands, integrates beautifully with the condo’s warm wood theme, creating a welcoming, balanced atmosphere.

Terrace: For outdoor relaxation, we selected the Julia Teak lounge set with Cilindro tables and high-quality Textilene cords (or equivalent based on selected cord color), offering durability under Cabo’s sun. The Mica Teak dining table with four Lulu Teak and Textilene chairs is perfect for al fresco meals.

Finally, after exploring similar setups at the Lumaria sister site, we selected 65 cm seat height, Cherry barstools for the bar area. Images of the Cherry chair are available in the gallery for your reference.
