Can you furnish my whole condo in Los Cabos?
Yes, we specialize in full-home furniture packages for vacation homes and condos in Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding areas. We are official distributors for Sealy, Tempur Pedic, and Sterns Foster mattresses and offer the widest selection of art in Los Cabos. Do I have to visit a showroom to work with you?
No. Everything can be handled via video calls, WhatsApp, or email. With your guidance on preferred style, we’ll send you curated furniture package concepts and pricing based on your space, timeline, and budget.
How much does it cost to furnish a condo in Cabo?
Costs vary depending on the size of your condo and your preferences. A traditional rule of thumb and widely used estimate is 10% of the home's purchase price. The average we see though, is lower. The majority of our clients have a restricted budget and ask our assistance with creating something of high quality within a tight budget. Other clients are furnishing their own home and want the space to be highly unique. How does delivery and setup work in Cabo?
Delivery and setup vary widely. Most local providers offer a solution, some at an additional expense while many include delivery. At Deco Listo, we coordinate white-glove delivery and full installation with no effort required on your part. See the following page for complete detail. We handle delivery fees from the maufacturer up to the fourth floor, with box removal, assembly, and setup. We can even setup your wifi and smart TVs, if selected.
Where do your furnishings come from?
We source the majority of our furnishings directly from top manufacturers in Mexico. We meet with our partners personally to determine quality of their products and processes as well as their ability to deliver on time. This means better quality, fewer surprises, no middleman markups, and unique pieces that match your style.
Can I get help with art or decor too?
Yes. Within our bundles we can include artwork, wall decor, rugs, bedding, kitchenware, and even appliances as needed. You can select from the largest selection of mexican art in Los Cabos. We’ll help bring the space to life with custom and unique touches from Mexican artists.
The developer keeps changing my delivery date. How can I plan furniture if my home might not be ready?
We hear this frequently and have experienced it with our own properties as well. In Cabo, timing changes are normal, which makes buying from multiple suppliers a nightmare. That’s why we built a managed supply chain from manufacturer, to warehouse, to final setup. We partner with trusted manufacturers in Mexico who we know personally, store everything locally (including in our Cabo facility), and coordinate one smooth delivery when your home is truly ready.
I like the idea of a developer package—it’s turnkey. But I don’t want my place to look like everyone else’s. What are my options?
Great question and one we’ve wrestled with as condo owners ourselves. Developer packages save time, but selection is usually limited to a few preset looks. We work with top Mexican manufacturers, personally visiting their facilities and hand-selecting pieces. We bought our condo planning to rent it out. But now the market seems flooded. How do we keep this from becoming a big mistake?
We are rental condo owners ourselves and know the challenge personally. The Cabo rental market is competitive. The key to standing out is creating a memorable experience, not just a place to sleep. It’s tough to find quality at a good price. Why is furniture so expensive in Cabo?
Cabo is a bit like an island. It's a two days’ drive from San Diego, a 17-hour ferry ride from mainland Mexico, and with limited air freight options. Shipping costs are high, and returns, repairs, and maintaining local inventory are all more challenging.
For years, the easiest answer was to bring in container loads from the U.S. or Asia. That kept costs predictable for sellers, but it meant limited variety and homes that didn’t reflect Mexico’s unique style.

We’re not in Cabo. Can you manage the entire furnishing and readiness process for us locally?
Yes. In fact, most of our clients aren’t here during the process. We live and work right here in Cabo and built Deco Listo to be completely turn-key for remote owners, from sourcing and ordering to warehousing, delivery, and setup.
We coordinate directly with your developer, property manager, or realtor to work around construction delays, schedule access, and manage all logistics. We meet with you via video calls, you’ll get regular updates, photos, and videos so you can see progress without leaving home. When you do arrive, your space is furnished, styled, and ready to enjoy.
