As you have requested, we have refined our recommendations to help facilitate your decision. First, we have moved from an options view to a much more granular product level description.  Many interdependencies at an individual level.  We are presenting at the most granular level to help you understand cost drivers within the options presented.  Also as a product you are seeing the final actual price.  As you change options the price will reflect the increase or decrease in price.

We’ve also taken the opportunity to offer some suggestions. First, the parota and resin table. It’s beautiful, unique, and something we might want to consider for your other homes.  However, Parota has a reddish and very warm color.  Your Cabo Costa wood color temp in the kitchen and bar are much cooler.  This particular piece will clash visually and cause conflict.  If we are looking at wood, the best match is walnut. Metals in grey or black, tans and browns all match.

Since their lead times for production are much shorter than the larger pieces, we have removed the lamps.  We thought it might be better to consider these finishing pieces separately. It also allows you greater flexibility as well.

The mattresses and TVs were separated and listed as optional. As an official Sealy distributor, you will find that the mattresses are priced quite aggressively. I had priced the mattresses very low within your specific bundle to reduce overall cost. If you would please, do not share this information. We do not offer the mattresses at this price in the store or even within other bundles at this price.

The televisions are part of our turn-key services solution.  We source our TVs from Costco locally. This is why you see the footnote, subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of purchase. The total cost shown includes the TV itself, Costco’s higher quality wall mount brackets, delivery, and our installation service, setup and cleanup.
