Deco Listo strives to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. We are committed to providing clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.

To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, Deco Listo actively works with manufacturers and gives you a single support contact. 

Please note that these are estimates from the manufacturer and may be subject to change. We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. Deco Listo will closely monitor and communicate any significant changes to delivery timeframes as soon as we are aware of them.

When shipping of the completed product is initiated, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery time window.  Deliveries must be scheduled and initiated within 14-days from the date of contact. If you anticipate the need to hold the items temporarily in our warehouse, this service is available for an additional fee based on space required and length of time. Shipping charges at time of purchase include an exclusive Local Delivery service (see below). is limited to a 5th floor climb and must have sufficient access through stairwells and doorways. Please notify [email protected] for a Custom Delivery quote (see below) if your delivery is more complex.

Our experienced delivery personnel will ensure your order arrives safely and securely.  For your convenience, our team will carry the items into your home, unboxing all items, and hauling off the boxes and packing material associated with the delivery.   

For situations where access is limited (e.g., higher floors, narrow stairwells), Deco Listo has access to specialized equipment such as crane and pulley systems. Please contact us at [email protected] for a custom quote!
